Imagine that an organization called Leaders of Tomorrow plans to publish a list of great cities for young leaders to thrive and make a difference. They hope to highlight metropolitan areas showing strong promise in their young leadership. Philadelphia happens to be one of the cities in the running. Imagine that you are asked to nominate a team of young leaders you know personally in the Greater Philadelphia area who could make a significant positive difference in this city to ensure that Philadelphia takes the top spot.

Think as broadly as you can about trusted young leaders in Philadelphia (those between their early 20’s to early 40’s in age). The effort will require individuals from different walks of life with a wide range of skills, abilities and contacts. Consider people from various Philadelphia-area communities, job categories, classes, income levels, genders, religions, races, and ethnic groups. Think beyond traditional definitions of leadership to nominate individuals who have a strong interest in working for the common good and who possess the knowledge, respect and network to effect positive change. We’re looking for people who seem to know everyone and who get things done by operating “beneath the radar screen.”

Please type in a name(s) following each question and include an email address for each leader you name. To include names and email addresses for additional people, select the “return” button which appears after you have submitted this form. If someone you name does not have email, please include their telephone number. If you don’t personally know someone who fits a particular question, leave that question blank. All names and contact information will be held in confidence and will be used only to complete this study. Thank you for participating!
