PIMA CONNECTS
WHO ARE THE 'CONNECTORS' IN PIMA COUNTY?

(For more information on Pima Connects, please go to www.pimaconnects.org.) Español

Instructions:

Pima County needs to hear some new voices in order to move forward. Can you help us find them?

We want to identify the "connectors" in our community – the people who bring together ideas, resources, and energy to get things done. Please identify the men and women you trust in your own network who make positive change happen – even in small ways. Let's get them together, introduce them to the community, and see what good things happen.

Please type in a name (or several – up to 5 names) in the boxes to the right of each question and if you like, contact information for each person. You may list the same person multiple times. Please do not name yourself or members of your family.

If you don’t personally know someone who fits in any of the following questions, leave that question blank. Click the Submit button at the bottom to record your entries. If you want to identify more, come back to http://surveys.netform.com/pimaconnects and do so.

All names and contact information will be held in strictest confidence and will be used only to complete this project. Thank you for participating.

Click here for a printable version if you want to take time to gather your names.
